Abstract

Course administering rats with adjuvant arthritis model, a sodium salt of 4- (3-methyl-2-oxo-2H- [1, 2, 4] triazino [2, 3-c]-quinazolin-6-yl) butyric acid (compound DSK-38, 2 mg/kg i/p) as diclofenac (4 mg/kg i/p), resulted in animals attenuation characteristics of the inflammatory reaction. This was evidenced by a statistically significant reduction in the blood under the influence of the two substances MDA level while increasing the activity of SOD, the positive dynamics seromucoid activity and gamma-glutamyl and normalization of albumin and globulin fractions relative to untreated animals. In this connection performance DSK-38 does not concede, and in some cases (on the ability to normalize indicators seromucoid and gamma-glutamyl) superior-drug comparisons. In the group of animals treated with diclofenac, one rat died of perforated ulcer, against DSK-38-lethality absent.
